The Regional Operations Support Nurse (ROSN) is responsible for the training of the Agency’s, within their region, clinical personnel, both Administrative and field on agency process and job functions. ROSN’s are responsible for the review of office process and provide continued education as identified. As well as review of operational manuals to ensure they are complete and up to date as needed. This Regional RN would be responsible for West Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie, and Coral Springs offices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s)in which practicing.
- Must have at least two (2) years of Home Health experience required in a leadership/training role.
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare OASIS
- Demonstrated ability in or application of organization and excellent telephone/communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
- Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
- Basic, functional knowledge of computer/technology skills.
