Seeking an organized team-player with a dynamic personality and multi-tasking skills. Schedulers are responsible for ensuring that all new referrals and existing patient visits are staffed by the appropriate team and for the discipline required, while recording and communicating schedules to staff. This person will work closely with a clinical team manager and establish positive working relationships with their team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A person who has a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of work experience in home health care or related health program preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
  • Intermediate functional knowledge of computer/technology skills including, but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, navigation of company website, and electronic medical record.
