Seeking an organized team-player with a dynamic personality and multi-tasking skills. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers the telephone and greets guest and staff coming to the Agency. The CSR is responsible for various administrative tasks that facilitate communication, ordering, and maintaining supplies and/or documents to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. We are looking for someone with an engaging demeanor to be the first face of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Functional knowledge of computer/technology skills.
