This position is a fully remote position, however you must live in Eastern or Central time zone. Florida resident preferred.

The Recruiter will collaborate with Recruitment Manager and Agency Administrators on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. The Recruiter should be able to attract candidates using various sources including, but not limited to social media networks, and employee referrals. The Recruiter supports the Agency's philosophy and standards of care, service, and activities.

Ultimately, the responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and supports the retention of the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

  • High School Diploma; or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience as a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter, prefer Home Health experience
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum oversight, as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to deal with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications.
